Lindsey Dias
Owner, Certified Personal Trainer
My entire life has been full of sports and activities from an early age. Having the good fortune of growing up on California’s Central Coast area allowed me to take advantage of the weather and enjoy outdoor activities year round.
I enjoy working one-on-one with clients to set achievable goals on the way to becoming the healthiest version of themselves. Healthy does not necessarily mean super fit either. Health can be reflected in lower cholesterol, better range of motion for joints, improved circulation and increased flexibility. I work with all age groups and backgrounds, including athletes and competitors in fitness.

“When I met Lindsey, at my heaviest weight of 275lbs, I was determined to make a change. I look back and thank God the series of events in my life happened to lead me to this place. Lindsey worked with me on training, diet, and supplements to further support my goals and in seven months I was down to 205lbs. I know I needed to lose weight, and it was my goal to be able to skydive with my daughter when she turned 18. But now this has become such a lifestyle for me, I can’t imagine going months without exercise. I started with Lindsey in 2018 and will continue to lean on her expertise in training as well as dietary coaching for 2020.”
